Data Deletion Instructions
You may ask VBest Setia Alam to delete personal data connected to your portal access or communications with us.
How to submit a deletion request
- Email kenneth1515@hotmail.com with the subject “VBest data deletion request”.
- Include your full name and the telephone number or email address used with VBest.
- Briefly identify the account, conversation or service your request relates to.
- We will acknowledge the request and may ask for limited additional information to verify identity.
What happens next
After verification, we will delete or anonymise personal data that is no longer required. We generally aim to complete valid requests within 30 days and will contact you if more time or information is needed.
Information we may need to retain
Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary to comply with legal, accounting or safety obligations; resolve disputes; prevent fraud or abuse; or establish and defend legal claims. Information retained for these purposes will remain restricted and will not be used for unrelated purposes.
Facebook and WhatsApp information
If your request concerns information received through Facebook or WhatsApp, mention that in your email so we can locate the relevant records. Removing the VBest copy of a conversation does not automatically delete information held independently by Meta or from your own WhatsApp account.
