Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the VBest Teacher Portal or related digital services, you agree to these terms. If you use the portal on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

2. Permitted use

The portal is provided for authorised VBest educators, centre personnel and other approved users to manage teaching, enquiries, classes and centre operations. You must use it lawfully, provide accurate information and follow reasonable VBest instructions.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for protecting access to your account and device. Do not share access with an unauthorised person. Notify VBest promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.

4. Communications and AI-assisted features

The portal may display WhatsApp communications and generate AI-assisted drafts or recommendations. These outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed before use. VBest may restrict automated actions and require human approval where appropriate.

5. Acceptable conduct

You must not:

• use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or misleading activity;
• access records or accounts without authorisation;
• upload malicious code or interfere with the service’s security or availability;
• copy, disclose or misuse confidential, parent, student or staff information; or
• attempt to bypass access controls or usage restrictions.

6. Service availability

We work to keep the services available and accurate, but interruptions, delays and errors may occur. We may update, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, compliance or operational reasons.

7. Intellectual property

The portal, its design, software, content and VBest materials are owned by or licensed to VBest. These terms do not transfer ownership rights. Users retain responsibility for information they submit and grant VBest permission to process it as needed to provide the services.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.

9. Suspension and termination

VBest may suspend or remove access if these terms are breached, access is no longer required, or action is reasonably needed to protect users, data or the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided without guarantees that they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. VBest is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
