VBest Setia Alam operates tuition and education services and the VBest Teacher Portal. In this policy, “VBest”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to VBest Setia Alam.

• parent, student, teacher and class-related information needed to provide tuition services;
• WhatsApp messages, message identifiers, timestamps and conversation history;
• portal submissions, enquiries, attendance, replacement and administrative records;
• sign-in, security, device and technical logs used to operate and protect the portal; and
• information you voluntarily include in messages or forms.

3. How we use information

We use personal data to:

• respond to enquiries and communicate about classes, fees, schedules and registrations;
• coordinate teachers, replacements, follow-ups and centre operations;
• provide, maintain and secure the Teacher Portal;
• prepare AI-assisted reply drafts for review by authorised VBest personnel;
• keep appropriate operational and service records; and
• comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

AI-assisted drafts are support tools. VBest personnel remain responsible for reviewing messages and making important decisions.

We do not sell personal data. We may share only the information necessary with service providers that support our communications, hosting, storage, security and AI-assisted features, including Meta’s WhatsApp services and our technology providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of VBest, our users or others.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, to maintain necessary records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
